The demo database lets you see how TimeSheet is so easy to set up and use.

TimeSheet Professional is used in architectural practices of all types and sizes, including landscape architects and interior architects. Implementations range from 5 to 40 users, and from single site operations to multi-site implementations, often with remote workers.

All architectural practices share a common need to record time and sometimes expenses quickly and easily. TimeSheet Professional’s Windows® and web timesheets make it easy to track time and costs against budget on projects, phases, stages and activities to meet a whole range of business needs.

Time may be tracked for project billing purposes. For fixed price contracts, TimeSheet provides the project costing information needed to review project profitability.

TimeSheet can also track time and expenses on additional work requests and change requests as well as the underlying project, across all the activities of the organisation. This helps ensure that valuable incremental revenue is achieved. TimeSheet is used for project budgeting and scheduling, for work in progress valuation and review and for overall business analysis as well as project tracking, costing & billing.

TimeSheet is highly configurable, with up to 10 levels of Task Component, which can be used to expand the task structure to handle stages, phases, work packages, and sub tasks as well as clients, projects and activities. Task components can also be used to hold other information such as department and team. And with 10 custom fields against each component, as much information as is needed can be held and then used as required for reporting.

With TimeSheet Professional you get a broad range of in depth reporting options, with its own fast and flexible Summary Reports and Detail Reports that harness the power of Crystal Reports to produce templates tailored to meet specific business needs.

TimeSheet can also be used with corporate reporting solutions to produce reports that link timesheet information with information held elsewhere, for example, in accounting, ERP and other systems. And TimeSheet Professional’s choice of Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle for the underlying database makes robust, cost effective integration possible for increased business efficiencies.
